The third season of the comedy series brings back Ilana (Ilana Glazer) and Abbi (Abbi Jacobson) and the weird world they live in. This time, however, the show focuses more on their personal and professional lives, rather than their antics. While dealing with Tinder, unexpected parties, involuntary thefts, accidental injuries and a “Mrs. Doubtfire”-inspired situation, the two ladies also have to deal with Ilana losing her job, Abbi dating Trey (Paul W. Downs) and lying to Ilana about it, Lincoln (Hannibal Buress) finding a new girlfriend, and the inevitable strain that all this puts on Abbi and Ilana’s friendship.
