The Tunnel: Vengeance, Season 3 DVD
Editorial Reviews
The emotionally charged finale of the acclaimed bilingual crime thriller, The Tunnel, reunites Stephen Dillane with Clemence Poesy for the last outing of this unlikely Anglo-French partnership. The Tunnel: Vengeance is set amidst mid-Brexit hysteria, an escalating refugee crisis, and the increasing threat of terror from disenfranchised, exiled souls on whom society has turned its back.
I am saddened that this will be the final season, but , I have learned early in life that all good things come to an end. Already watched episode 1 of Season 3 and can tell the ride will be an extremely entertaining tour re force. Thank you for making such a magnificent series. We, in the United States, don’t get such amazing television, that often. We look to the European nations for great TV viewing, and, as they often do, don’t fail to disappoint.
One of the best from the UK… ever. A compelling drama with very similar twists to the story and a familiar, but oh so different, plot and story line.
If you enjoyed the suspense of the first two seasons, you will be thrilled with the third season.
The acting is superb by everyone involved. The story line is well-written and keeps you on the edge of your seat until the next episode.
I will not divulge anything about the story line. Simply said, it is both joyful and sad throughout the 6 episodes.
Kudos to all involved in the production of Season 3 and I hope it wins many awards, as it certainly deserves top honors.
