I bought this without to much hope that it would be good. Boy am I glad I was wrong. I have LOVED all of Stephen Kings books. All of them. I own all if the movies, but not all of them are my favorite. This series is very good. Sure it deviates from the book. What fun is it if you always know what’s coming??? And (spoiler alert) ol Steve does make an appearance!! I love that. Sort of like Alfred Hitchcock. I’m currently just about done with season two. I find that I don’t want to eat or sleep or even answer my phone. I just want to watch this to the end. It’s a long watch, yes. Worth it? Yes again. That actors are believable and they really are enjoyable to watch. Maybe I am not saying too much about this but, it’s enough to me because I believe that if you love Stephen King, you’ll love this. I did think that “The Matrix” was very hooky but Science Fiction CAN be that and this sure WAS that. I did wonder if maybe there might be more, I have to admit…. or wish
